We focus on longevity and we take a full 360 approach. No crazy calorie restrictions or gruelling workout schedules. We focus on making sure you get results, but results that are sustainable long term. It’s not a quick fix. We want you to finish our challenges feeling great, not feeling broken and tired. We want to keep your body feeling its best so you’re ready to keep going and taking steps towards your goals.

Even more importantly we want to focus on your mindset and have meditation class available at the end of each week so you can reboot your mind and get yourself ready mentally for the week ahead. We incorporate not only cardio and strength training in our challenge training programs but also yoga and Pilates as recovery is crucial to making sure your body is functioning at its best.

We’ve seen people lose motivation and get stuck in a rut, we know how to keep it fresh, keep you motivated and inspired and most importantly we know how to make sure that it suits you and your lifestyle. We provide a support network through our Facebook page but also 24/7 support from our challenge team. We don’t just send you a plan and leave you to it, we work alongside you and help you figure out what training and nutrition approach works for you and will help you achieve your goals.
